  • Vehicle must be new or certified preowned (no private party used cars).
  • Must be covered under the original manufacturer's warranty (after-market warranties are ineligible). If the manufacturer's warranty coverage period has lapsed, we cannot assist.
  • Vehicle year must be within the last five model years.
  • Must have already taken the vehicle to the dealership at least twice (or three times in some states) to repair the same issue, and the defect remains unresolved.
